Civil Procedure I

Overview

Civil Procedure is the process by which a case is filed, litigated, and ultimately decided. This Civil Procedure I course will cover the framework of what is Constitutionally authorized within this procedure. Specifically, this course will focus on Rule 12(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. As such, students will gain a deep understanding of:
